Terms & Conditions

  • Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • If a purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining amount must be covered by the user.
  • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred for value, or refunded if lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without authorization.
  • Refunds for purchases made with Gift Cards will be issued back to the original Gift Card.
  • If products bought using Gift Cards are exchanged for items of lesser value, no cash reimbursement will be provided for the difference. If the exchanged products are of higher value, the user must pay the difference.
  • A maximum of five Gift Cards can be utilized in a single purchase.
  • Royaloak reserves the right to modify these Gift Card Terms at its discretion without prior notice to the user. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms.
  • The laws of India govern these Gift Cards and their Terms. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
